EQUIPPING YOUNG ADULTS PROGRAMS

Ready4Work

  • Our Ready For Work program for both moms and young adults ages 18-25 begins in September of 2024.

  • The program serves moms and young adults living in our community who are currently not working in their ideal career or who are unemployed.

  • During the program, participants will have generalized instruction for job readiness as well as individualized attention to create a plan moving forward to achieve their employment goals.

  • Following the 5 week intensive, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship, internship, further education, or be connected to another job program leading to further education in a specific field.

Volunteer

Our Ready4Work program is dependent on amazing volunteers from the professional and local community.

Each day, we offer hands-on workshops led by local leaders, on topics ranging from resume-building to healthy habits, time management, professional communication, and more.

Interested in sharing your knowledge with our amazing students? We would love to have you!

“I joined the Ready4work program WHICH WAS THE BEST PROGRAM EVER! I literally took the next best steps of my life by being in this program.”

Housing

Our Housing program supports in-transition young adults with housing and case management services to support them in attaining overall stability. Designed for students ages 18-25 who are graduates of Ready4Work or other Blueprint 58 programs, our housing is located on the 3rd floor of our community center and offers a 6 or 12 month program.

Scholarship Program

Our scholarship program supports students who have participated in other Blueprint 58 programs, and are attending college. We offer scholarship support for both two and four year programs, along with mental health support and connections to other services as needed.
