STUDENT APPLICATION

Blueprint 58 is a one-on-one mentoring program for Atlanta children in grades 4 through 12. Blueprint 58 believes in developing mutual trust between student and mentor. The mentor’s role is to be your partner as an encouragement, advocate, and advisor to your child. Our program focuses on character development and helping your child understand their worth, value and purpose. Blueprint 58 also offers a variety of resources to help support your student in life such as planning for the future, summer camp opportunities, and help with school work. We also have a lot of fun together!

An adult mentor from the metro Atlanta area will be matched with your student. Please be assured that Blueprint 58 does thorough training and completes a background check on all mentors. A mentor is a willing partner at Blueprint 58 who will strive to positively mentor and assist the character and educational development of your student, and encourage the student to realize their very highest potential.

You will also be assigned a Mentor Coordinator, which is a member of the Blueprint 58 staff dedicated to ensuring the ongoing health of your student’s mentoring relationship. She is always available to you anytime you have any questions or concerns about the Blueprint 58 Mentoring program.
