Register for School Supplies

Join us to celebrate our grand opening! There will be food, a bounce house, backpacks and school supplies, games, and more!

In order to receive supplies for your student, you must meet the following qualifications:

Your student must be a part of the Carver Cluster; or
You student participates in our program.

If you meet the qualifications, please fill out the form for each student that qualifies. We will send out addition information once we organize your supplies.

Then, you can join us on July 23, 2023 from 2 pm – 4 pm at our new building (931 MCDANIEL ST SW, ATLANTA, GA 30310).

*School supplies will be handed out at the event.
