Register for School Supplies

We are so happy to announce that our annual back2school drive is back! In order to receive supplies for your student, you must meet the following qualifications:

Your student must be a part of the Carver Cluster; or
You student participates in our program.

If you meet the qualifications, please fill out the form for each student that qualifies. We will send out addition information once we organize your supplies.

Then, you can join us on July 24, 2021 from 12 pm – 2 pm at 211 Arthur Langford Jr Pl SW, Atlanta, GA 30315 for food and fun. School supplies will be handed out at the event.
