Becca Stanley is co-founder and Executive Director of Blueprint 58. She has eleven years of experience working with youth, and a degree in child development from the University of Georgia. She and her husband Adam are high school sweethearts who lived in the suburbs together for four years before moving downtown to Adair Park. They have three children of their own (Jayci, Caden, and Isaiah), along with many youth who have found a safe place to land with their family throughout the years. She loves cheese dip and diet coke, reading and photography, and is particularly passionate about both community development and loving your neighbor.
Adam Stanley is a high school chemistry teacher turned community builder who has recently returned to his roots by teaching science at the neighborhood high school. An enthusiast and visionary, Adam has led Blueprint 58 through everything from starting sports programs to implementing parenting curriculum. He loves the outdoors and adventure, baking cakes and woodworking. Through teaching, leading the high school boys’ Bible study, and running the football program, he works hard to build community and educational opportunity with students and their families in the neighborhood.

Jerell Cromartie has joined our team as Youth Development Coordinator. He grew up in the Adair Park neighborhood and was, in fact, one of the first kids Adam and Becca met after they moved in. After watching him grow and mature in his faith and leadership capabilities throughout the years, we were excited to get him onboard at Blueprint 58. His role includes running our sports programs and developing the leadership potential of youth in our sports and Bible study.
